On this page you will find the guide for all Sand Kingdom Power Moons, with the locations and positions of every Power Moon that you can find in this region.
Power Moons are collectible objects that are needed to power up the Odyssey to travel to new destinations. Upon completing the main story, gaining additional Power Moons will allow you to unlock new Kingdoms and Costumes.
Below you will find the list for every Power Moon in Sand Kingdom. Please note that when first entering a Kingdom, there will be some Power Moons that are not currently obtainable, even if their number is listed. Certain Power Moons can only be obtained after completing all main objectives in a Kingdom - and even more will only appear after the main story is complete.

Once you've totted up 500 Power Moons and your ship is looking all sparkly, you'll get access to the Darker Side of the Moon. Like the Dark Side, this even Darker Side will task you with getting through a massive load of stuff on one life.
Collecting a bare minimum of 124 Power Moons is essential in order to power up the Odyssey flying machine and transport Mario from one level to the next.
depending on how you define 100% you will have to buy some moons, though; there are 880 "real" moons in the game but the counter maxes out at 999, and the game does acknowledge getting 999 moons.
After all 880 Mission Moons have been collected, the Odyssey's sail will become golden. The remaining 119 Power Moons need to be bought at any Crazy Cap store. In order to buy this number of moons you will need 11,900 coins.
The Sand Kingdom Power Moon 62 - Secret Path to Tostarena! is one of the Power Moons in the Sand Kingdom. IMPORTANT: Certain portraits may not show the same destination for everyone - depending on which Kingdoms you visit first when given a choice, different Kingdoms will appear in portraits.
The Sand Kingdom Power Moon 63 - Found with Sand Kingdom Art is one of the Power Moons in the Sand Kingdom. This Hint Art can be found on the other side of the Slots building on the East side of Tostarena Town.
The Sand Kingdom Power Moon 68 - Round-the-World Tourist is one of the Power Moons in the Sand Kingdom. Power Moon 68 is obtained after following the Traveling Tostarenan and his taxi driver to the following Kingdoms: Metro Kingdom, Cascade Kingdom, Luncheon Kingdom, Moon Kingdom and Mushroom Kingdom.
The Sand Kingdom Power Moon 37 - You're Quite a Catch, Captain Toad! is one of the Power Moons in the Sand Kingdom. This Power Moon is found in Quadrant E4, found in the Desert Oasis. Super Mario Odyssey: All Warp Paintings Locations.
Bowser's Kingdom is the thirteenth Kingdom you can explore in game, and is one of the larger sized Kingdoms - where you take on a host of Bosses. 8 Power Moons are needed to leave this Kingdom.
