Porting number in time limit (2024)

Hi@Eptesicus

I am sorry I did not get back quicker to answer your question.

The online account will be with your previous number and you won't be able to log on when the number has been ported. This means you will need to set up a new online account when you port over the number. You won't be able to set this up using the same log in information as with the first account and will need an alternative user name, password and email address.

You will also need to download a fresh copy of the My Vodafone application to your phone.

If you have any issues when you port over the number Frebruary next year, live chat at there to help.
