There is a question that many people ask themselves before enrolling in a business program: “Is a business management degree worth it?” It’s only natural - and frankly smart - to ask that question. Pursuing a degree is a big decision, and one that should be made only after careful consideration. The good news is that for many people, a business management degree can be worth the investment in terms of potentially expanded job opportunities, greater earnings potential and career advancement possibilities. Earning a business management degree can also offer wonderful personal satisfaction and a sense of pride.

Business degrees are also becoming more popular. In fact, the number of business degrees awarded at the bachelor’s degree level has more than tripled since 1970.1
