Update, 3:05 p.m.:The power throughout Clarksville has now been fully restored. CDE Lightband said that the power outage was created by a fallen tree.
The company proceeded to thank the community for their patience.
Update, 2:15 p.m.: CDE Lightband has reported that only 1,800 customers are without power now. The company listed numerous areas without power still, including homes in the Old Dunbar Cave Road area.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – There have been reports of power outrages across Clarksville.
Readers reported outages at Stonebrook Subdivision, Powell Road neighborhood and near Exit 8. The CDE Lightband website is also currently down.
The traffic signal was out at Wilma Rudolph Boulevard and Dunbar Cave Road, but it has come back online.
CDE Lightband said on Twitter that they are aware of power outages that’s affecting over 5,000 customers, and their crews and engineers are on site.
