Admission to the first semester is in the summer semester. The course can also be started in the winter semester. This is then the second semester; the first semester is to be completed thereafter according to the curriculum.

Admission requirements

Completion of a university degree in Automotive Engineering or another relevant degree course leading to a “Bachelor of Engineering” with an overall grade of at least “good” (2.5).A degree course is relevant if it teaches knowledge of the sciences, mathematics and engineering sciences amounting to at least 110 ECTS points and includes vehicle-related knowledge from modules amounting to at least 30 ECTS points.Applicants with an academic degree with less than 210 credit points according to ECTS may be admitted subject to conditions. A good proficiency in English, demonstrated in a placement test, is required for admission to the course. Depending on the result of this test the student must complete either no language course or a one or two-semester language course. These are offered by the faculty with corresponding levels of qualification.
