My most comforting soup is Chicken and Wild Rice. Here is how its made.
1 rotiseri chicken chopped
1 box Uncle Ben’s wild rice (original flavor)
1 small chopped onion
2 boxes of chicken broth
1 cup half and halfCook Uncle Ben’s rice according to directions.
Saute onion in butter.
Add chopped chicken, and broth. Add cooked rice,
Mix together, and bring to a boil, then add half and half and heat tillhot again.
Then enjoy. This is the best.Reply
