AP SSC Result 2024 and pass rates
The Andhra Pradesh Class 10 board examinations were conducted in the traditional pen-and-paper mode from March 8th to March 30th, 2024. Over 6.3 lakh students participated in the exams, as per data provided by the AP Board. The overall pass percentage in AP SSC 10th Exam 2024 is 86.69%. Pass rate for female students: 89.17% while pass rate for male students is 84.32%.
Pass Percentages by Medium
English medium students exhibited an impressive pass rate of 92.32% Telugu medium students also performed well, achieving a pass percentage of 71.08%. Similarly, Urdu medium students demonstrated strong performance, attaining an 87.92% pass rate. In contrast, Kannada medium students faced a more challenging outcome, with a pass percentage of 56.84%. Conversely, both Tamil and Odia medium students excelled, boasting pass rates of 94.62% and 94.91%, respectively.

Among the 11,645 schools included in the survey, 2,803 demonstrated outstanding commitment to academic achievement by achieving a perfect 100% pass rate. 17 schools reported a disappointing 0% pass rate. Notably, Parvathipuram Manyam stood out with an impressive pass percentage of 96.37%. Conversely, Kurnool ranked at the bottom of the list with a pass rate of 62.47%.

Analysis of Subject-wise Performance
In the AP SSC examinations held in March 2024, various subjects witnessed different pass percentages. Notably, the 1st Language examination saw the participation of 614,819 students, among whom an impressive 96.47% successfully passed. Similarly, the 2nd Language examination had 613,684 students, achieving an outstanding pass rate of 99.24%. In the 3rd Language examination, where 614,164 students took part, the pass percentage stood at 98.52%. Mathematics witnessed the participation of 615,624 students, with a pass rate of 93.33%. General Science, with 615,746 students, achieved a pass rate of 91.29%. Lastly, Social Studies had 615,255 students appearing for the exam, of which 95.34% passed successfully.
Application Dates for Re-Counting and Re-Verification
Candidates can submit requests for the re-counting and re-verification of answer scripts using the online application system from April 23, 2024, starting at 10:00 AM, until April 30, 2024, concluding at 11:00 PM. The traditional method of offline/manual applications has been substituted with an online application process for re-counting and re-verification purposes.
