Paris, Lyon, and Brodeaux are the most expensive cities for residential real estate in France. In Paris, the average square meter price of an apartment was almost 10,000 euros in November 2023, while the house price was even higher. Within Paris, apartment prices went as high as 15,000 euros, depending on the arrondissem*nt. In Lyon, both apartments and houses were less expensive at 4,900 euros per square meter and 6,500 euros per square meter.
