Schmidt & Schmidt provides financial statements of companies registered in France with a translation.
All legal entities in Germany are required by law to publish their annual financial statements and balance sheets. Such documents are available in the electronic form. Amount of required information depends on the type of business.
Entities demanded to submit financial statements:
- Public companies with limited liability (SA, SAS, SASU, SCA)
- Limited liability companies (SARL, EURL)
- Limited liability partnerships
- Farming cooperatives with turnover of more than 75 000 EUR
- Individual entrepreneurs with limited liability (EIRL)
Companies are obliged to submit the reports within a month after general meeting and not later than within 7 months after the end of fiscal year. Failure to submit reports in time results in fines.

Financial statements contain a vast amount of financial information, such as income and expenses, company development, profit and losses, amount of capital, etc. Depending on the company size, the volume of information can vary from 2 pages to hundreds.
Financial statements and balance sheet reports are issued by the Registration Department of the Commercial Court.
Based on financial statements, you can get a full picture of a financial condition of any company, as well as its overall state of affairs.

Enhanced Monitoring of EAC-certified Products
The Certification Oversight Authority has announced new measures to intensify inspection controls for certified products. This initiative, announced on May 2, 2024, aims to strengthen the verification of the authenticity of EAC certificates. This includes monitoring existing agreements between accredited certification bodies and authorized representatives, as well as conducting actual production audits at manufacturing sites and particularly inspection controls.

The Government of Bangladesh has decided to accede to the Apostille Convention
The Bangladesh Cabinet formally approved the state's accession to the Hague Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents of 5 October 1961 (also known as the Apostille Convention).
